Forest In Blood as a band is no more, but you can now download what should have been their DVD: 22min of alcohol fueled adventures caught on tape during the 3 tours they did in Poland.
This video was done by Piotr Ignatowicz for C3H8 FILMS, and you can now find some members in APOCALYPSE NOW.

Talk about being ahead of your time... Back in 1996 this young French band from CHCK was already exploring the mixed screaming/clear singing metalcore style wich is so popular nowadays. Of course you wonn't find the huge over-produced sound that every single shitty band can have today, but with his tasteful DIY feeling and originality, discover an innovator band which left a mark on the by then bourgeoning French underground metal/hardcore scene. This discography takes you backward in time, from their most recent song that proved huge potential to their very first productions. This bootleg discography had quite a success on internet, and now CHEESE FOX RECORDS brings it to you but WITH A NEVER EVER RELEASED SONG BEFORE: "Fear Of Sin"!!
This song is taken from the session of their first recording (thanks to Ben Chainsaw Records who released it and dug out this forgotten jewel). Don't complain about the shitty quality of the sound of this song, it is the only version available, and it's better this than nothing.
The members later played on ES LA GUERILLA, L'ESPRIT DU CLAN and HANGMAN'S CHAIR.

Well I guess by drinking beers while showing the straight-edge tattoo on your back onstage in straight-edge land (Belgium) you're not going to make many friends. Insulting Edward Goodlife while he's attending this very show, showing your dick, insulting and getting in fights with the public neither... Those 4 songs were originally released in 1999 on the split CD with Forest In Blood, they will remain the only testimony of this short lived Parisian death core band co-fronted by French actor Nicolas Duvauchelle. Some members are now in APOCALYPSE NOW and DIVINE.

P.S: Someone from the band told me the artwork sucked big time, and I have to admit he was right, so I came up with this another version (I'm not saying the new one is fantastic or original, at least in doesn't consist of three asiatics holding a severed head).

This is the proof. This is the proof that music isn’t all about talent. If you want to get somewhere it's about the people you know and the dicks you suck. Sure this band hasn’t toured all over the world, it has only done a couple of shows in the Parisian area. Sure this band never got signed or even released an album, it only has self released 4 demos ( well in fact it only released their first demo, the next ones never got further than projects on a hard drive). But Might Is Right has done much more than that. From it’s inception as a classical 5 men line-up to it’s actual form, a duo project recording on a PC with a drum machine, this band has done at least much more than yours, it has created fine music. Just listen. Might Is Right deserved so much and got so little. By releasing its discography Cheese Fox Records is proud to repair this injustice!
Might Is Right was formed in 1998 by some members of others well known Parisian hardcore/metal bands. They began with a metallic and emotional hardcore similar to “Morning Again” to evolve to a matured melodic metal witch reminds of bands such as “At The Gates”.
Some members are now in DIVINE, STRAASHA ,THE PRISONER, and NUMENOR.
